Deb’s Ultimate Packing List
What to pack can be one of the most challenging aspects of travelling, so I have put together what I consider the Ultimate Packing List. There will be changes based on where you are going, what you are doing, and how long you are going for but I feel it is a pretty good starting point. I hope it gives you some inspiration and please add a comment if you think I have missed anything really important.

After returning from a 4 week trip overseas I have now decided to pack differently - more wisely. Lugging heavy suitcases around and trying to squish all your items in to be able to do up the zipper is not fun or easy, so once you have all the items you think you really need - rethink. Remember that you can buy most things you require in other countries, ie. bathroom products, pharmaceuticals, and even food! Remember you may also wish to purchase souvenirs for loved ones back home, so you will need space and weight allowance for that.
So now that you have your suitcases packed and ready to go, you have to ask yourself:
Do I need 10 sets of clothes
Do I need a steam iron
Do I need a hair dryer (most hotels have these)
Do I need three different types of moisturisers
Do I need a first aid kit that includes everything for minor surgery
Pillow - if you prefer to take your own you can always cut it in half (I did and it works)
