We all have dreams, don’t we?

When a dream refuses to fade—when it stirs your soul and sparks your imagination—I believe it’s because it’s meant for you. Ignoring it feels like denying a part of who you are. Those dreams are persistent, urging us to take bold steps, to turn possibilities into realities, and to reshape our lives in profound ways.
For as long as I can remember, my dreams have been steeped in history—of towering castles and forgotten ruins, of gallant knights and their tales of glory, of troubadours weaving their songs through time. There’s a magic to standing within the stone walls of a centuries-old castle, knowing it has witnessed countless lives, stories, and moments. It’s a humbling, awe-inspiring experience that ignites curiosity and wonder.
But dreaming about history wasn’t enough. I yearned to do more than read about it or visit the sites—I wanted to bring the stories to life, to invite others to walk in the footsteps of the kings, queens, warriors, and rebels who shaped the world we know today. That’s how Plantagenet Discoveries was born: out of a deep desire to transform my love of the Middle Ages into something tangible, something that could be shared with others.
Plantagenet Discoveries is more than a tour company—it’s a journey into the heart of history. We specialize in small group, themed historical tours through France and the UK, designed to immerse you in the stories of one of history’s most fascinating dynasties: the Plantagenets. For 331 years, they ruled, fought, and left an indelible mark on the world. Their legacies include legendary figures like Richard the Lionheart, Eleanor of Aquitaine, Bad King John, and Edward the Black Prince.
